ENDURO – PRESCOTT
Oct 2, 2016
Prescott Peavine Trailhead, Prescott, AZ (Map)
This is the MBAA’s first Enduro event! Enduro encompasses all things mountain biking. It is a spot in which you ride with your buddies, go fast, and have fun. An enduro mountain bike race consists of a series of stages where riders pedal from stage to stage and are timed on the downhill portions. More on enduro racing…
New to enduro and need to know what to bring? Your bike, typically a full suspension trail bike, helmet (full face not required, but often worn), pads, and your friends!
The race will consist of 4 timed segments utilizing the trails on P Mountain and Sundog Trails. Fastest combined time in all four segments wins in each category. Staging and finish will be at the Prescott Peavine Trailhead (Prescott Lakes Parkway and Sundog Ranch Road). Enduro’s are typically all day events so expect to be shredding, riding and laughing with your friends well into the afternoon!
The nearest camping is at Watson Lake. Call to reserve a spot if you plan to camp.
