GENERAL INFORMATION:
White Tank Regional Park is a great course with a mix of flow and technical sections that has long been a staple of the MBAA. White Tanks is part of the Maricopa County Regional park system, it’s close to the Phoenix Metro area and offers up some all around great riding.
There is a $7 per vehicle entrance fee for this park.
Team Tent Reservations – Teams wishing to setup their tent will be asked to reserve a spot.
DIRECTIONS/CAMPING:
From central Phoenix, take I-10 west to the 303 North, exit at Northern. Follow Northern Ave. west one block to Cotton Ln. and make a right. Follow Cotton north till you reach Olive and make a Left. Follow Olive west to the park. Take the park road all the way till it ends at the Competitive track.
From the North, coming down the 303 exit at Peoria Ave. and head west to Cotton Ln. Head south on Cotton Ln. and make a right onto Olive Ave. Follow Olive west to the park. Take the park road all the way till it ends at the Competitive track.
CAMPING:
Primitive camping is available at this venue located in the parking lot. The cost is $15 per night (pay at entrance station). No RV hookups. Review our venue map.

NO DAY OF REGISTRATION. ALL RACERS MUST REGISTER ONLINE BEFORE 8 PM THURSDAY 2/4/2021.
$25 First timers (1x only – no points awarded, no awards – first time division)
$25 Juniors (18 and under)
$50 Adults

MBAA MEMBERSHIP:
Signup for an MBAA membership when you register for just $25 ($15 for juniors) and contribute directly to trail projects across the state. Plus you’ll get a cool pair of members only socks and sticker. You’ll also be entered into out members only raffles drawn at each race!
MBAA REFUND POLICY:
If you become sick or are experiencing COVID symptoms approaching race day you may transfer your entry to the next event. If we are 2 weeks out from race day and you have an unforeseen circumstance, we can issue you a refund. Your entry fee goes towards supporting the trails you ride.
CATEGORIES:
Elite (Pro) – Competes at the highest level
Expert (Cat 1) – Seasoned racer
Intermediate (Cat 2) – Not just a weekend warrior, usually rides quite bit
Beginner (Cat 3) – Relatively new to the sport
First Timer – Newbie, First Timer Category is for first time racers
Single Speed – Only one gear, likes to suffer
Rock Crusher – Gents 200-lbs +
Athena Women – 165-lbs +
Plus Bike – 2.8 inch tires or wider
Marathon – Long distance, approx. 3.5-hrs
Junior – Ages 6-18
Kids – 7 & under that likes a short, FREE race
RACE AGE:
The age you will be on December 31, 2021.
AWARDS:
Awards are 3 deep per category.
No awards ceremony. Participants will pick up awards at registration once results for your wave are final.
In an effort to continue to give back funds to trail projects there will be no racer payout for 2021.

COURSE MAP:
White Tanks Course Map
- Green Arrows – Junior Loop (2.6-miles) GPS – A fast and flowy loop with great singletrack in and out of ravines.
- Blue Arrows – Inner loop (5-miles) GPS – A slightly longer version of the fast and flowy Junior loop.
- Black Arrows – Outer loop (7-miles) GPS – The Outer loop has a bit more teach when it branches off from the Inner loop. Up a steep switchback climb and down a technical descent.

- All Day Course Open for Pre-ride (Final course markings underway)
- 5:00 – 6:00 pm – Number plate pickup
Saturday 2/6 –
- 7:00 – 11:00 am – Number plate pickup
- 8:00 am – Elite/Expert Men, All Marathon
- 9:30 am – Elite/Expert Women
- 11:00 am – Intermediate Men, Rock Crusher, Plus Bike
Sunday 2/6 –
- 7:00 – 12:30 pm – Number plate pickup opens – Bring ID (check in at least 30-mins prior to start time)
- 8:00 am – Beginner Men, First Timer Men
- 9:30 am – Beginner/Intermediate Women, Women SS, First Timer Women
- 11:00 am – Junior Boys
- 12:00 pm – Junior Girls
- 1:00 pm – 6-8 Boys/Girls
