The Mountain Bike Association of Arizona

Many of you may have noticed more Marin bikes on the trail lately, I know I have.  Marin was a big part of the MBAA series this year, they helped sponsor the First Timer category (first timer racers to the series).  These folks had a lower entry fee for their first race, got a piece of Marin schwag and at each race we gave away a killer backpack at random to one of these riders.  After a full series, we noticed a difference, a big one.  Year on year, we had a 38% increase in the number of first timers.  That’s huge.  We had a grand total of 98 riders try out racing throughout 2013.  Thanks Marin for helping us get folks stoked on riding the dirt.
