With a new venue comes new challenges – lodging, logistics etc. We as a board, are working diligently on getting Havasu set up all the last minute details finalized for the trip west this weekend. Thanks for your patience. Here is the latest:
- Havasu Course Map 2014 – Black course (~10 miles) will be clockwise, Green arrows (~3 miles) will be counter clockwise.
- Camping – allowed starting Thursday – at the RODEO GROUNDS only, and we may need you to move as we will use that area to stage the event – so be flexible till we arrive on Friday afternoon please. Tent camping is ok. No RV hookups.
- Host Hotel – Quality Inn & Suites – 271 S. Lake Havasu Ave, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403 928-855-1111 (*ask for MBAA special rate please). $70+ tax, includes free breakfast.
